RULES:

CHECK IN: from 3 pm until 7 pm | CHECK OUT: until 10 am

 - Later Check in: from 7 pm will charge 10,00€ p/hour until 12 am;

 - Later Check out: half total amount fee will be charge (subject to avalability);

- No pets allowed;

- Guests will be greeted by Holiferias Staff where property keys will be delivered.

HOLIDAYS RENTALS:

PRICES INCLUDED:

 - Stay p/night (eletricity and water included);

 - Housekeeping: change bath towels and bed sheets (weekly, every 7 nights).

 - The Apartments are furnished to receive the maximum number of guests.

PRICE NOT INCLUDED:

 - Housekeeping: cleaning and change bath towels and bed sheets daily. If necessary an additional fee will be added.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

- Initial payment of 25% (non-refundable) the total amount of the stay, the rest will be paid on the day when arrive in cash;

- 50€ damage deposit required;

- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

WINTER RENTALS (MONTHLY) 

Minimun: 22 Nights from October - May:

 - Housekeeping: bath towels and bed sheets;

 - Air Conditioning;

 - The Apartments are furnished to receive until 1/2 persons.

PRICE NOT INCLUDED:

   - Electricity and Water;

  - Housekeeping: cleaning and change bath towels and bed sheets daily. If necessary an additional fee will be added.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

- Initial payment of 1st month (non- refundable);

- 2 days before will pay 2nd month + 300€ (damage deposit) or cash on check in day;

- Monthly payments and electricity bill will pay every day 1 each month.
